The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The evening front desk staff member provided kind and helpful service throughout our visit. The festive Polar Express decorations added an inviting touch for the holiday season.

A few additional seating options in the common areas would enhance guest comfort.

The pool was not operational and I was not informed beforehand, which disrupted my travel plans. Additionally, there was only one elevator working, causing significant delays during busy times. The room itself had a non-functional tub stopper, and the refrigerator struggled to keep items cool.

The hotel had a welcoming staff and a good breakfast selection. Although there were some annoyances with the noise from the AC and dim lighting in the room, the overall cleanliness and comfort made the experience enjoyable. The location is convenient for shopping and dining as well.

Our much-needed escape

After escaping the hurricane chaos, this place was a lifesaver! The room was clean, and the pool was perfect for the kids to chill out. Local restaurants had delicious, affordable food too. Only issue was the breakfast could’ve had more options.

We had a great time visiting the Texas Dogwood Trails Festival and exploring the beautiful Davey Dogwood Park. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I recommend making sure to check your room for basic amenity info, as it may not be provided inside. Overall, a solid experience!
